Booking and Payment Information

A booking form MUST be completed for all bookings.

Completed booking forms may be faxed to 01946 862085 from UK fax machines or +44 1946 862085 from other countries.

You can download a Cycling Holiday booking form here.

When you sign this booking form you agree to our Booking Conditions.

These are also set out in our brochure and are the terms that regulate your contract with Russell Hafter Holidays.

We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in Sterling, Euro (cheques from accounts in Germany, Belgium and France only), and in Swiss Franks.

We accept payment by Visa and UK Maestro debit cards and most types of credit cards. UK banks make significant charges for processing credit card payments, and so we make the following charges for credit card payments in order to recover some of these costs.

These charges do not apply to the deposit paid on booking.

Visa and Mastercards registered to private individuals 1.75%
American Express cards 2%
Visa and Mastercards registered to commercial bodies 2.35%
Japan Credit Bureau cards 2.35%
We cannot accept Diners Club or non-UK issued Maestro cards

There is no charge for payment by UK debit cards.

We have been informed that Mastercard and Visa have increased their charges to our bank for handling all cards issued outwith the European Union. These costs are being passed on to us from 1 September 2010 and therefore from this date we shall have to pass on this charge to our international customers. This change will particularly affect customers from Australia, the USA, Canada and New Zealand.
For Visa and Mastercards registered to private individuals we shall have to charge 2.55%.
For Visa and Mastercards registered to commercial bodies the charge will rise to 3.15%.
As we understand it, American Express is making no such increase.
You may want to investigate the costs of paying by direct transfer to our bank. Full details will be provided when you book.

We shall make an extra postage charge of £4 where maps and walking guides are sent to an address outwith the United Kingdom.

We also make a further extra postage charge of £4 where rail tickets are sent to an address outwith the United Kingdom.
